How quickly can my site go live?
Typically within days, not months. And you see it first: Shivs builds your site and shows it to you live before you pay anything — your monthly fee only starts when it goes live on your domain.
Do I have to build or maintain anything myself?
No — but you can. You can edit your own words, photos and prices from your dashboard with AI help, and the design stays professionally sealed so nothing can break. Or simply ask, and it gets handled — every plan includes personal studio time each month.
Is the website mine?
Your domain, your Google and Meta accounts, your content, your photos and your customer list are all yours, registered in your name and not ours — and your data is yours to export whenever you want it. The site itself runs on the Shivs platform, which is what your monthly fee pays for. If you ever leave, you take your domain, your accounts and your data with you. Nobody holds your business hostage.

Is my customers' information handled properly?
Yes. Consent is captured properly under POPIA with separate email, SMS and WhatsApp opt-ins, every email carries a working unsubscribe, and your site carries a privacy notice setting out exactly what is collected and why. Your site and your customers' details are hosted in South Africa; where a service like Google or Meta handles something outside the country, the privacy notice says so plainly.

The Garden Route
Run from George
Shivs is Shivone's studio, run from George in the Western Cape — close enough to sit across a table from a business in town, and set up to work with one anywhere in the country.
Everything is hosted in South Africa, with South African data residency and encrypted nightly backups. Your site is quick for the people who actually buy from you, and your customers' details are handled the way POPIA requires.
